Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso: five miles of rocky coast between two promontories, five villages perched on stony cliffs in tiny coves, one UNESCO World Heritage site. Viticulture, which is typical of the region, has helped create a unique landscape, with traditional dry stone walls on the hills that jut out over the crystal-clear sea, with bays, clefts, and enchanting beaches between the rocks.

This tour includes a visit of Riomaggiore, nestled between two steep terraced hills that descend towards the sea in sharp crags. The ancient village of Riomaggiore strikes the visitor with its beautifully coloured houses built on the hillside.

Afterwards we continue to Vernazza, the medieval village with its magical and mysterious alleyways that twist and turn amongst the multi-coloured houses, in what is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Next, we arrive in Monterosso.

The tour ends with a tasting session of glasses of local wine and the famous Sciacchetrà, a straw wine that is a specialty of the Cinque Terre.
